Requirements

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Missouri license required, facility will not wait for a license
• Emergency Nurse Practitioner board certification required; board eligible within 5 years accepted
• ACLS, BLS, DEA, NRP, PALS required

Travel Accommodations

• Provider must reside 90 or more miles from the facility
