As a Front of House Team Member, you will create remarkable experiences for our guests while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You'll receive hands-on training, work alongside supportive leaders, and have opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Availability Requirements

This position is designed for Team Members who are available during our busiest daytime hours.

To be considered for this position, applicants must:

• Be available to work between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Be available during lunch hours (10:30 AM2:00 PM)
• Be available to work at least four daytime shifts per week
• Be available to work most Fridays and Saturdays
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
• Be willing to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What You'll Do

Guest Service & Hospitality

• Create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest
• Serve guests with genuine hospitality and care
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service
• Help create a clean, safe, and inviting restaurant environment

Front of House Operations

• Learn and work multiple Front of House positions, including:
• Front Counter
• Drive-Thru
• Dining Room Hospitality
• Mobile Orders
• Drinks and Desserts
• Order Taking and Cash Handling
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and attention to detail during busy periods
• Follow all operational procedures and service standards

Cleanliness & Organization

• Maintain clean and organized guest-facing areas
• Stock supplies and keep workstations ready for service
• Complete opening, transition, and closing responsibilities

Teamwork & Excellence

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with Team Members and Leaders
• Complete required training and stay current on procedures and product updates
• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and appearance guidelines

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
