What You Will Be Doing

• Provide technical support as part of the sales and applications team while maintaining strong customer relationships, both internal and external.
• Communicate effectively with customer accounts using strong product knowledge and assist with commercial and pricing-related issues.
• Provide technical assistance to OEM accounts in the development, maintenance, and servicing of machines.
• Submit Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) to support customer product or service changes.
• Perform low-level engineering activities and application reviews on vehicles.
• Evaluate applications in accordance with company Applications Acceptance Procedures.
• Communicate technical issues, pricing requests, and new opportunities with Account Managers and Engineering leadership.
• Maintain CRM data, submit trip reports, and provide account information to support forecasting and monthly summaries.
• Schedule and conduct visits to OEM and manufacturing facilities as needed.

What You'll Need To Be Successful

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or a minimum of 3 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret print schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and activities effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.

• Experience supporting OEM customer accounts.
• Background working closely with sales, account management, or engineering teams in a customer-facing role.
