We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in various sectors such as Industrial, Healthcare, Construction, Ground Up, Commercial, Retail, Multi-Family, Residential, Hospitality, Warehouse, K-12, Health, Clinic, Pharmaceutical, Car dealership, Medical, and more. The ideal candidate will be able to lead projects from the planning and design stages through to the execution and completion.

What You Will Be Doing

We are really looking for a Mentor as much as a PM. As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from the planning and design stages through to the execution and completion. You will manage resources to ensure that the projects are completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are aligned with company goals and objectives. In terms of Org Chart, you would be the one in-between Project Executive & the other PMs.

What You Need for this Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager that has a minimum of 5+ recent years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the various sectors mentioned above - Industrial, Healthcare, Construction, Project Manager, Ground Up, Commercial, Retail, Multi-Family, Residential, Hospitality, Warehouse, K-12, Health, Clinic, Pharmaceutical, Car dealerships, Medical, etc.
