General Function As the part‑time keyholder, your role is elevated by the ability to be responsive to store needs and deliver thoughtful and authentic customer service. Major Duties and Responsibilities Achieve individual sales goals and clientele goals set by store management. Open and close the store, handle cash procedures, complete bank deposits, and prepare paperwork. Demonstrate complete knowledge of merchandise features and benefits to maximize sales opportunity. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the store while complying with company policies and procedures. Develop customer relationships and nurture repeat business. Operate the POS register and email systems using computer skills. Safeguard the store’s inventory by adhering to the company’s loss‑prevention program. Maintain a professional, organized, and well‑merchandised sales floor. Follow all store operational policies and procedures. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of sales/keyholder experience for luxury products. Ability to provide high‑performing client experience. Technologically savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, including being sales/goals driven. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service. High attention to detail. Demonstrated selling skills. Ability to maintain a professional appearance. Must be able to lift, carry and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds up/down stairs with or without a ladder.
