Role Overview
Apply advanced Autodesk Fusion 360 and digital manufacturing expertise to an AI training project that evaluates CAM, CNC, and fabrication workflows. Your detailed, domain-specific input will be used to review AI-generated recommendations, develop evaluation rubrics, and improve how models understand and assess real-world manufacturing processes. No prior AI experience is required, your manufacturing and Fusion 360 knowledge is the primary asset.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert feedback on manufacturing processes and techniques, with emphasis on CAM, CNC, and Fusion 360 workflows.
- Review, assess, and refine AI-generated content and recommendations related to manufacturing operations.
- Develop, validate, and refine detailed rubrics for evaluating manufacturing process accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute high-quality, domain-specific examples and corrections that shape how models learn and reason about manufacturing tasks.
- Demonstrated expertise in CAM, CNC machining, and digital manufacturing workflows.
- Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Fusion 360 and related manufacturing software.
- Familiarity with computer-aided manufacturing principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and technical detail.
- Experience creating or applying process evaluation rubrics is highly valued.

- Time to complete tasks will vary by expert experience and individual workflow.
- Minimum submission requirements apply; experts must meet a weekly minimum number of task submissions.
- Typical role fill timeline is rapid, often within 48 hours, and selected experts are expected to begin their first tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing onboarding.
- Pay range: 50 to 120 USD per hour.
- Compensation is output-based, paid per task that meets project specifications. The effective hourly time may vary depending on task complexity and expert approach.
- How to apply: submit an application and complete screening questions as part of the initial submission.
- Selection steps: complete an AI interview of approximately 30 minutes, followed by a hiring manager review.
- If selected, expect to complete onboarding and begin assigned tasks within 24 to 48 hours.
