About the Role This is a full-time, in-person position responsible for daily operations and client experience at our Castle Rock clinic. As Spa Coordinator, you are the connective tissue between our clients, our providers, and the clinical schedule - the person who keeps the day running smoothly while making every client feel like the visit was designed around them. You will manage scheduling with precision, coordinate treatment flow, handle financial transactions, and lead membership and retail conversations with confidence. Responsibilities Day-to-day duties at our Castle Rock, CO clinic.
