Facility Supervisor (NIGHTS)

Position Overview: The Facility Supervisor (NIGHTS) will support the night shit maintenance and operation of the facility to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. This entry–to–mid level role assists with scheduling work orders, coordinating basic maintenance activities, and supporting safety and compliance programs. The Facility Supervisor I works closely with technicians and contractors while receiving guidance from senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating routine maintenance activities and minor repairs. Must be able to work Nights. Monitor facility operations including HVAC, lighting, and building upkeep. Support facility inspections and assist in implementing corrective actions. Maintain work order records and help track preventive maintenance schedules. Assist with vendor coordination for small-scale repairs and services. Support facilities-related projects and improvements as assigned. Promote adherence to safety policies and support site safety initiatives. Provide basic reporting on facility issues, completion status, and follow-ups. Qualifications: Experience: 1–2 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or related field. Education: Associate degree or technical diploma preferred; equivalent experience considered. Skills: Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with staff and vendors. Willingness to learn and grow into increasing responsibilities. Additional Requirements: Ability to work occasional overtime or after‑hours as needed. Valid driver’s license. Why Join Us?
