Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. Minimum Requirements: Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral). Active West Virginia Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Clinical experience or readiness to manage orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related patient populations. New graduates will be considered. Ability to maintain a caseload of approximately 50–60 visits per week; expected visits are 60 per week. Typical daily patient volume ranges from 10–16 patients depending on compensation tier and performance incentives. Comfort documenting care in Raintree EMR. Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
