PLC And.NET Automation EngineerLocation: Onsite - Johnston, IARole & ResponsibilitiesWork on next-generation R&D automation projects involving PLCs, industrial hardware, machine vision systems, sensors, conveyors, actuators, and robotics. This role will focus on designing and developing industrial automation solutions while integrating PLC controls with Epson robotic systems.Top Technical Skills5+ years of C# .NET Development for Industrial Automation 5+ years of PLC Programming using Structured Text (IEC 61131-3) Experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT PLC Platforms Industrial Protocols: MQTT, MODBUS (RTU/TCP), EtherCAT Desktop and Embedded Application DevelopmentNice to Have3+ years of Epson Robotics (RC+) Python, C++, or C Programming Experience Industrial Hardware Integration (Cameras, Sensors, Conveyors, Actuators) Robotic Pick-and-Place Automation WorkflowsAdditional SkillsStrong Troubleshooting and Debugging Skills Self-Motivated and Hands-On Engineer Ability to Work Cross-Functionally with R&D Teams Strong Communication and Documentation Skills Innovative Mindset with a Passion for Automation and Emerging Technologies
