Reconstruction Associate Sales Representative (West Palm Beach, FL)

Associate Sales Representative – Reconstruction (West Palm Beach, FL) Smith+Naphew designs and manufactures technology that advances patient outcomes in orthopaedic reconstruction. What will you be doing? As a member of the Reconstruction Sales Team, you will work within your assigned territory and hospital accounts, assisting in the scheduling of operative cases, securing inventory, observing and consulting surgical teams on Smith+Naphew instrumentation and implants, and completing logistical requirements associated with those cases. The role requires the ability to assimilate and learn a high level of technical information about surgery and procedures. What will you need to be successful? You will become a technical expert in the Orthopaedic Joint Reconstruction portfolio through structured training, build positive relationships with surgeons, key opinion leaders, hospital staff, and your teammates, and develop an effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet or exceed your quota. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Preferred: at least two years of professional sales experience Valid driver’s license applicable to current residence to facilitate travel requirements Travel Requirements: within designated sales territory with 2-4 overnights per month; infrequent national travel for events and conferences. All field sales professionals who need to gain entry into healthcare facilities must complete the credentialing process and comply with the requirements of those facilities.
