Job Title:  Accountant

Pay Range: $25 - $31/hour

Location:  City of Industry, Los Angeles

What you will DO:

• Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding to the appropriate GL accounts and departments. 
• Review and verify supporting documents for PO and non-PO invoices. 
• Prepare domestic and international payments, including ACH, checks, and wire transfers. 
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Business Units to resolve invoice and receiving discrepancies. 
• Reconcile AP aging reports and vendor statements on a regular basis. 
• Assist with monthly accrual entries and AP account reconciliations. 
• Maintain vendor files, W-9 forms, and 1099 reporting information. 
• Support external auditors and provide requested AP documentation. 
• Ensure compliance with company internal controls and approval policies. 
• Participate in ERP system enhancements and AP process improvements.

What you will NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business
• 3+ years of accountant working experience
• Must be a resourceful problem solver, with the ability to prioritize and create approaches to meet required objectives
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
