The Phoenix Organization runs Denny's, Taco Bell, and Burger King restaurants . We are currently hiring crew members for multiple restaurants in the area! As a Crew Member, you'll be a part of a community that thrives on service- to each other, customers, and the community. We are hiring immediately in our fast food restaurants and look forward to meeting with you!
Responsibilities:

- Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile, strong customer service skills
- Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive at the register to let them know you'll be right with them.
- Listen to customer needs; ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
- Work well with other team members and restaurant manager. Take instruction and feedback from management, be a team player
- Other responsibilities may include server, cashier, food service/prep, kitchen cook.
- Able to learn and adapt
- Strong math skills - making correct change when at the register
- Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions
- Able to take initiative
- 16 years or older (teens welcome)
- Be able to work in a fast-paced fast food restaurant environment
- Strong communication skills and sense of teamwork
- Flexible scheduling - Part-time (PT) and Full- time (FT) availability
