Material Handler
Location: Lathrop, CA Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Schedule: MondaySaturday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (hours may vary based on business needs) Overtime: Mandatory availability during peak periods
Are you ready to join a dynamic furniture distribution center as a Material Handler? We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to help keep our warehouse running smoothly. What You'll Do:
- Efficiently pick, pull, and put away heavy itemslifting and moving items over 75 lbs. with care and attention to safety.
- Operate warehouse equipment including electric pallet jacks, sit-down forklifts, and reach forklifts to safely move furniture and materials within the facility.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring all products are handled and stored properly.
- Organize and prepare orders accurately for shipping to help keep operations on schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse to ensure a safe work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy items exceeding 75 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks, sit-down forklifts, and reach forklifts is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety guidelines.
- Dependable availability to work Monday through Saturday with flexibility for mandatory overtime during busy periods.
