PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical TherapistThis is a 13-week contract position.5x8.0 schedule, 8 hours per day.The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. The role involves delegation and direction of therapy services, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that promote effective community reintegration. The therapist also serves as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers while maintaining compliance with the organization's standards and ethical guidelines.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.Utilize clinical reasoning to create individualized treatment plans and goals.Document patient care in compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.Participate in student programs and provide supervision as necessary.Develop a professional growth plan and pursue continuing education opportunities.Ensure adherence to state practice acts and maintain professional licensure.Engage in performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.Active CPR certification.Hold a valid and applicable physical therapy license for the state of practice.Prior successful assignments with the agency are highly desired.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
