Talent Acquisition Specialist

Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive full-cycle recruitment for both retail and corporate functions, sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates while delivering a brand-aligned candidate experience. This role partners with hiring managers, supports recruiting initiatives, and maintains recruiting metrics and ATS data in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. Responsibilities Leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify talent for retail and corporate roles Conduct candidate screenings and interviews aligned with brand standards Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, provide market insights, and develop recruiting strategies Coordinate interview processes and manage candidate communication from outreach through onboarding Maintain ATS data, track recruiting activity, and report on pipeline and market trends Requirements High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related role Experience supporting both retail and corporate hiring and familiarity with ATS and sourcing platforms Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
