About the Role
The Financial Reporting Analyst supports the organization by preparing accurate financial reports, analyzing data, and ensuring transparency in financial operations. This role plays a key part in helping leadership make informed decisions and maintain strong financial practices within a nonprofit environment.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and maintain regular financial reports and summaries
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assist in ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial records
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve reporting processes
What You Bring
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to organize and interpret data effectively
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in nonprofit work and willingness to learn
