Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager

Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Coordinator to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from contractors to manufacturers, in a dynamic and supportive environment. As part of a team, you will play a key role in servicing and processing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of an organization. Compensation Package Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 annually Annual Bonus: Typically 5%, paid in April Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including competitive PTO Responsibilities Provide back-end processing and servicing for commercial lines accounts, including endorsements and renewals Collaborate with Account Managers to quote new and renewal business Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, including contractors and manufacturers, with account sizes ranging from $40,000 to $1 million Utilize critical thinking skills to address client needs and deliver tailored solutions Maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to ensure high levels of satisfaction Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Experience: Prior experience in an independent agency servicing commercial lines accounts Familiarity with Auto-Owners and Selective carriers is a plus Experience with small to middle-market accounts (100k-400k) preferred Software: Proficiency in Epic or similar agency management systems Education: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, from entry-level to seasoned professionals Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Jonus Group
