Key Responsibilities Conduct pediatric SLP evaluations and deliver school-based therapy services Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and special education staff Complete documentation aligned with school timelines Help students access learning and succeed through functional skill development Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology Michigan SLP license (or eligible to apply) Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Passion for supporting diverse learners in inclusive environments Rates: up to $70/hour 401(k) with employer matching Paid sick leave Reimbursements for licensure, CEUs, and other professional expenses Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate Professional liability insurance coverage No non-compete clauses Paid time off for volunteer hours and donation matching *Benefits for 0.8 FTE or higher.
