If you're excited to make your mark at an industry leader, read on.What You Can ExpectProvide comprehensive financial partnership and strategic guidance to the President, driving annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the multi-billion dollar business unitDeliver executive-level financial analysis, insights, and performance reporting to senior leadershipLead a global team of high-performing finance professionals; develop top talent and build organizational capabilityCollaborate cross-functionally to optimize R&D investments, margin performance, and operational efficiencyProvide financial modeling, valuation, and decision support for strategic initiatives, M&A, and partnershipsChampion finance transformation and continuous improvement efforts to scale processes and systemsWhat We're Looking For15+ years of progressive finance experience in the semiconductor industry, including 8+ years in senior finance leadership roles supporting engineering or multi-billion dollar business unitsProven track record providing strategic financial partnership and executive-level advice to Presidents and C-level leadersDeep knowledge of semiconductor financial models, industry dynamics, and business performance driversExceptional financial acumen coupled with strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skillsExecutive presence, boardroom communication skills, and the ability to influence across a complex, matrixed organizationExperience leading high-performing teams and developing finance talent for sustainable successPreferred Qualifications:MBA or advanced degree in business, finance, accounting, or related fieldsExperience with fabless semiconductor or chip design business modelsDeep knowledge of R&D financial management practices, engineering spend metrics, and ROI analysisCPA, CMA or other relevant professional certifications a plus This role is eligible to participate in Marvell's bonus and equity plans, including a new hire equity grant and annual equity refreshers, ensuring you are rewarded for your contributions and remain invested in the company's long-term success.
