Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and create customized therapy programs aimed at fulfilling their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based approaches to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily routines
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand in hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of health
• Guide Patients and Families: Equip patients and their families with knowledge about therapy techniques to encourage progress outside of clinical settings
• Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes meticulously, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient improvement

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement for ongoing education or postgraduate certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) mandatory
