We believe in building careers through stability, strong leadership, and a team-first culture.We currently have immediate openings for the following position:Fire Sprinkler FitterPosition OverviewTeam members will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems.This role requires working closely with the foreman and team members, following all safety protocols, and properly handling tools and equipment.Work will be performed in commercial and residential buildings.We are seeking highly motivated, dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals who can multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities and DutiesLift at least 50 poundsClimb ladders and perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching above and below shoulders, and walking for extended periodsDrive to job sites and work at various locationsSubmit written job progress reports for assigned projectsProvide technical support and guidance to team membersRead and interpret construction blueprints and diagramsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentProperly maintain company vehicles, equipment, and toolsAttend and participate in training sessions and meetingsInstall, assemble, and trim fire protection systemsQualifications and SkillsU.S. Work Authorization (Required)Pre-employment drug screeningBackground checkReference checksBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office / electronic blueprint systems)Basic math skillsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to meet deadlines and work efficientlyAbility to work independently or as part of a teamAbility to train and mentor othersGood driving record (MANDATORY)EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperienceMinimum 1 year experience installing sprinkler or fire protection systemsBlueprint reading experienceLicense / CertificationValid Driver's License (Required) – Must have a clean driving recordNICET Level I or II (Preferred)Completion of an accredited industry training program (Preferred)OSHA 10, Lift, Tool & CPVC Pipe Certifications (Preferred but not required)Travel RequirementUp to 100% travel to job sitesWork LocationMultiple locationsField work / On the road
