Administrative Assistant II:On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for an Administrative Assistant II for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Superior, Wisconsin office; moving to Duluth in December 2026.Administrative Assistant II - Job Description:This role will transition from being primarily receptionist-based to providing administrative support for the Global Mobility, Real Estate, and Workplace Services teams. The position will involve coordination and operational responsibilities while continuing to provide front-desk coverage as needed.Administrative Assistant II - Responsibilities:• Answer phones and manage visitor interactions• Handle photo ID badges and upload pictures to WorkDay• Process name plate requests and input location information in WorkDay• Action invoices and Service Now tickets for Workplace Services• Manage Elink, SharePoint, Service Now, and email response activities• Vendor management and liaison for moves, additions, and changes• Assist with room bookings, catering requests, and stationery orders• Provide backup coverage for other Workplace Services team members• Participate in projects like Environment Health & Safety initiatives• Handle parking and access card management• Perform Gatekeeper responsibilities for security and confidentiality• Execute ad hoc duties as required by the Supervisor/Team LeadAdministrative Assistant II - Mandatory Skills:• Relationship and interpersonal skills• Adaptability and flexibility• Customer service experience• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)• Problem-solving skills• Attention to detail and confidentiality• Strong communication skillsAdministrative Assistant II – Nice-to-Have Skills:• Experience in vendor management• Familiarity with WorkDay• Knowledge of Service Now• Experience in a similar industry• Project participation experienceAdministrative Assistant II – Assignment Length:This is a 12 month contract.Administrative Assistant II - Start Date:ASAP.Administrative Assistant II - Assignment Location:Superior, Wisconsin, United States; office will move to Duluth December 2026.This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office. #J-18808-Ljbffr Procom
