We provide a comprehensive Business‑in‑a‑Box platform that integrates revenue cycle management, accounting and finance, human resources, EHR support, payer contracting, compliance, supply‑chain logistics, and data intelligence. We partner with practices of all sizes—including startups, rural clinics, and multi‑specialty groups—to streamline operations, strengthen financial performance, and support long‑term growth. Our unified, cloud‑based system gives physicians the operational foundation they need to focus on patient care while maintaining full ownership and autonomy. This independent practice model allows physicians to own and operate their own practice entity while MedCBO provides non‑clinical business and operational support services. Physicians may establish or transition a practice in a preferred market, subject to state licensure and applicable regulatory requirements. The physician governs clinical operations, clinical decisions, and sets patient care policies. MedCBO does not direct patient care. Opportunity Description Start a new private practice Transition from employment to ownership Convert an existing practice to a supported model Relocate and establish a practice in a new market Physician Responsibilities Provide care within the physician’s specialty scope Develop professional relationships within the medical community MedCBO coordinates payer credentialing with physician participation as required Determine clinical services offered Manage clinical quality and patient experience Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination Billing and collections management Payer contract negotiation Financial infrastructure and reporting Operational workflows and staffing systems Technology platform and implementation Requirements MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice Interest in the independent practice model Preferred Desire for practice ownership Community‑based care interest Leadership or program development interest Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is not a salary and is generated by the physician‑owned practice.
