Required Experience & Skills
• 5+ years of CNC programming experience REQUIRED
• Experience programming 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines
• Strong understanding of tooling, feeds, speeds, cutting strategies, and material behavior
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD models
• Experience troubleshooting, editing, and optimizing CNC programs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision machining and quality standards
• Ability to collaborate effectively with machinists, engineering, and production teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis milling machines
• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with machinists to improve setup efficiency, cycle times, and workflow
• Troubleshoot and modify existing CNC programs as production needs change
• Ensure all programs meet quality, dimensional, and production standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across machining operations
• Maintain accurate program documentation, setup notes, and process records

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in aerospace or tight-tolerance manufacturing
• Strong background machining complex geometries and precision components
