Position Summary

The is a hybrid role designed for high-capacity individuals who thrive in both guest-facing and kitchen environments. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence by flexing between Front of House and Back of House responsibilities based on business needs. Team Members in this position are trained to deliver exceptional guest experiences while also executing high-quality food production with precision and efficiency. This is not a single-station role—this is a dynamic, cross-functional position built for adaptability, growth, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House Excellence

• Create remarkable guest experiences through genuine hospitality
• Maintain eye contact, speak enthusiastically, and build emotional connections
• Accurately take orders and ensure speed and accuracy
• Support dining room, drive-thru, and mobile operations
• Represent the brand through professionalism and positivity

Back of House Execution

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Work across multiple kitchen stations (breading, fries, boards, prep, etc.)
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization at all times
• Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume periods
• Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed

Hybrid Expectations (Core to Role)

• Seamlessly transition between FOH and BOH based on business needs
• Maintain strong awareness of total restaurant operations
• Communicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment
• Demonstrate adaptability, urgency, and ownership in all environments
• Support leadership in executing shifts at a high level

Qualifications and Requirements

• 18 years and older
• Consistent, reliable, and highly adaptable
• Positive attitude with a strong service mindset
• Ability to thrive in both fast-paced kitchen and guest-facing environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Team-oriented while also able to work independently
• Willingness to learn and grow in multiple areas of the business
• Flexible availability (including peak hours)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift XX–XX lbs
