Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and social media channels while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and coordinate resolutions with Operations, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all customer interactions within Salesforce CRM.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and support customer retention efforts.
• Process purchase orders, generate invoices, and coordinate product sample requests accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer requests and operational challenges.
• Generate quotes, process sales orders, and manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Support marketing initiatives by responding to and following up on inbound leads.
• Recommend products and services that align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction, service, and sales performance goals.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Customer service experience in an office, administrative, or professional environment preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and account information.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Sales-minded with a passion for helping customers succeed and identifying opportunities to provide value.
