Responsibilities: Utilize your customer service experience to support our customers' sponsorship of clinical trials. Provide proactive phone, email, and chat support to clinical trial participants and site staff to increase engagement. Manage inbound calls and conduct remote outbound calls. Work a part-time shift that can complement your current schedule, including non-business hours. Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of patient interaction experience OR a 4-year degree with 1+ year of patient interaction experience. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and phone skills. Organizational skills and good documentation practices. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with sensitive patient populations, such as schizophrenia. Ability to document actively in Zendesk platform. Clinical trial experience of 3-5 years is a plus. Experience in the medical device industry or with mental health populations is a plus.
