What You'll Do

• Provide advanced respiratory care for patients with neurological or pulmonary conditions
• Operate and monitor ventilators and other respiratory equipment, including GE ventilators
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized respiratory treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities accurately within electronic health records (Epic experience required)
• Maintain licensure and certifications current, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Assist in patient education and support, especially on ventilator management and neuro diagnostics

What You Need

• Valid RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) license in Ohio (must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience, with neuro diagnostics background preferred
• Experience with GE ventilators and patient management on night shifts
• Proficiency with Epic electronic medical records system
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
