Intern - Project Coordinator

Fairway Management, Inc. is a property management firm responsible for the maintenance, compliance, marketing and business administration of over 12,000 affordable and conventional apartment homes. Growing from 5 to over 300 properties over 30 years, FWM is regarded as a strong management company in the industry. Fairway Management is seeking an intern in our Atlanta office for summer 2026. This role will work from our Buckhead office, four days per week and work from home one day per week. This role will incorporate project management, data analytics financial analysis within the real estate development/management industry. Job Summary The intern will support project teams by coordinating schedules, resources, documentation and communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. This role serves as a central point of organization and collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and milestones Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables; report status to stakeholders Maintain project documentation, including plans, timelines, risk logs and reports Facilitate communication between project team members, vendors and stakeholders Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices and expense reporting Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sourcesPerform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar Assist in building and maintaining SQL queries and data models Support ad-hoc data requests from business partners Qualifications Strong organizational and time‑management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr Fairway Management, Inc.
