Website Manager

To enhance customer engagement and drive conversions, the full-time remote Website Manager will take ownership of the digital front door, leveraging strategy, creativity, and data to create impactful web experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Define website structure and user journeys to align with distinct personas and buyer stages Implement continuous testing and optimization programs to improve page conversion and engagement Manage SEO strategies to enhance visibility across search engines and AI-driven platforms Required qualifications 2-3+ years of experience in digital/web marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity Strong understanding of persona-based marketing and multi-stakeholder buyer journeys Proven ability to direct development and design teams effectively Experience with SEO, conversion rate optimization, and web analytics tools Familiarity with modern web marketing technologies, including CMS and A/B testing tools
