Positions are: Casual, Hourly, Non-exempt Salary Range: $17- $21/hour -- Your bi-weekly pay rate is based on how many shifts per pay you are willing to work. The more you work, the higher the wage. In exchange for the higher rate, MyAgency team members are expected to be available for and to pick up shifts in multiple communities. MyAgency team members only work at Presbyterian SeniorCare Network communities. Requirements for the Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Med Tech Be a minimum of 18 years of age Have a high school diploma or GED, or provide documentation that the GED or high school diploma will be received within 6 months of hire Possess a current, valid PA State Driver's License and reliable transportation Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, If you are already a Med Tech, you must provide proof of training and recent competency testing.
