Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $43+ per hour

Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice – Full Time – Bayada Home Health Care, North Bergen, NJ (servicing clients in Essex and Hudson County). Position Details Specialty: Hospice Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing Employment Type: Staff Responsibilities Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care. Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders. Perform client assessments as necessary. Occasional on‑call after hours and/or weekends. Qualifications Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey. Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred. Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
