Job Description
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. These tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and other surfaces, emptying trash cans, dusting, removing debris, and cleaning kitchens and windows. The role requires maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and excellence.
Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum various floors.
• Clean bathrooms and other surfaces meticulously.
• Empty trash cans and manage waste disposal.
• Dust surfaces and remove debris.
• Clean kitchens and windows effectively.
• Utilize hand tools and assist with moving materials as needed.
• Follow instructions to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Experience in cleaning bathrooms and various surfaces.
• Ability to empty trash cans and manage waste.
• Skilled in dusting and removing debris.
• Experience with cleaning kitchens and windows.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with general labor tasks.
• Ability to move materials and use hand tools.
• Capability to follow instructions accurately.

Work Environment
Work primarily in an office space with some areas requiring passage through the shop to reach additional office locations.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albuquerque, NM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
