Prep/line Cook – Scratch Kitchen | Competitive Pay | Temple, NH

Porters at The Birchwood Inn   is looking for an experienced prep/line cook to join our small, professional kitchen team.

We’re an up and coming restaurant in the beautiful Monadnock Region serving thoughtfully prepared high quality cuisine in a historic New Hampshire inn. We believe great food comes from teamwork, organization, and taking pride in what we serve. 

• Prepare and plate high-quality meals with consistency and attention to detail.
• Work all stations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work closely with a supportive team committed to great hospitality and hospitality and excellent food. 

• At least 2 years of line cook experience preferred, but willing to train. 
• Ability to work efficiently during busy dinner service.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Weekend availability.
• Four day work week (Wednesday thru Saturday).

Porters at The Birchwood Inn is a destination restaurant located just minutes from Route 101 in Temple, NH. Guests come from throughout the Monadnock Region and southern New Hampshire for exceptional food, warm hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Pay:  $17 to $20 per hour, depending on experience. 

Schedule:

• Full-time or part-time
