We're looking to bring on another Aesthetician to our team, we're rapidly growing and looking for a passionate, skilled, and client-focused individual who is ready to thrive in a high-end environment. This position is responsible for providing patients with thorough consultations while offering the utmost care and incredible patient experience. Treatments offered consist of; Laser Hair Removal, BBL, Clear + Brilliant, Moxi, Halo, Laser Genesis, Vivace RF, Microneedling, PRF, Hydrafacial, Glo2Facial, Chemical Peels, DiamondGlow and more. Advanced training is provided by device and product national educators as well as SpaDerma’s clinical trainers. Training is ongoing as SpaDerma places a high value and priority on maintaining the most elite, experienced and professional team of Aestheticians. Duties / Responsibilities: Provide safe and effective treatments Adhere to strict state procedural regulations Ability to meet sales goals Provide proper follow up with patients Attend monthly team meetings and trainings Follow all company policies and protocols Maintain all equipment, supplies and other procedural equipment Attend events and seminars to assist in brand awareness Required Skills & Abilities: Well organized with attention to detail Ability to collaborate with a team Empathetic with patient needs and concerns Possesses wide-ranging knowledge of skin care treatments Professional and positive demeanor Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience with laser/light modalities Minimum of 3 years experience with skincare treatments Active Illinois State issued Esthetic License Laser certifications preferred but not required 50% contribution to health, dental and vision insurance Paid parental leave 401K match Free ClassPass membership Paid time off and paid holidays Free quarterly Botox Free treatments and discounted products Friend and family discount program Compensation: Up to $75K - $125K your first year, with our top performers making $150K+ annually Hourly with commissions on services and products #J-18808-Ljbffr Spaderma, Inc
