Orthopedics - Sports Medicine Physician

Total Compensation range: $450k-$600k An expanding orthopedic and musculoskeletal practice serving patients throughout New York and New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon to join its growing physician team. This opportunity is ideal for a surgeon who is looking to step into an established patient base, collaborate with experienced orthopedic specialists, and enjoy rapid access to surgical volume through a strong referral network. In This Role You Will Diagnose and treat a broad range of sports-related injuries and orthopedic conditions. Perform surgical procedures utilizing current evidence-based techniques and best practices. Develop comprehensive treatment plans that include both operative and non-operative management. Work closely with rehabilitation specialists, physician assistants, and multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care. Educate patients regarding treatment options, recovery timelines, and injury prevention strategies. Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation. Provide care across multiple outpatient clinics and ambulatory surgery centers located throughout New York and New Jersey. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery. Fellowship training in Sports Medicine strongly preferred. Eligible for medical licensure in both New York and New Jersey. Strong clinical judgment and surgical expertise in sports medicine and orthopedic care.
