Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $259.35/hr
• OT: 1.5x normal rate for applicable hours
• Holiday Pay: 1.5x for designated holidays (e.g., Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

What You'll Do

• Provide emergency obstetric and gynecologic care, including surgeries, during 24-hour call shifts
• Deliver approximately 30-40 babies per month, supporting increased birth volume due to nearby hospital closures
• Support a diverse patient population aged 18-40s, with outpatient GYN services for older women, including menopause management
• Assist with TOLAC (Trial of Labor After Cesarean) cases
• Participate in clinic duties, seeing 12-15 patients daily (when scheduled), including OB and GYN care
• Collaborate with an in-house team of RN, MA, and LPN to provide comprehensive patient support
• Perform general OB/GYN procedures and emergency surgeries as needed

What You Need

• Board Certified OB/GYN physician
• MN license and IMLC certification
• DEA license
• Valid ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in OB/GYN
• Ability to perform emergency surgeries and handle call responsibilities
• Flexibility to work night shifts and handle emergency deliveries

About the Assignment
Join a supportive, female-led clinical team in a hospital setting that is experiencing a surge in deliveries, increasing from 600-800 annually. The facility offers 37 beds, including dedicated ORs for C-sections, labor/delivery, triage, and postpartum rooms. Midwives will handle first-call duties during shifts, and providers will support a patient population of women in their reproductive and menopausal years. This opportunity provides a balanced, impactful practice environment with modern EMR systems including Meditech Expanse and Epic.
