DAY-TO-DAY This full-time pest management position works Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays. As a Wildlife Control Department Manager / Pest Control Manager, you play a vital role in our wildlife control department. Tasked with heading up the department and training our wildlife control agents, you ensure that each technician performs the top-quality work we are known for. Having worked as a wildlife control agent yourself, you know all the tricks and ploys the critters use to get into a home. Using this expertise, you teach our techs to think like the vermin themselves so that they can effectively set traps and find entry points. You also train them to be efficient in their work and ensure that each job is completed in a timely way. Detail-oriented, you inspect completed jobs, keeping a keen eye out for things that might have been missed. Delivering quality work is your passion, and you do your utmost to ensure that each of our techs produces results that make us proud.
