Occupational Therapist - Full-Time, 8H Days

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts with staggered start times between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a flexible Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to treat a diverse caseload of patients in an inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care setting. Your role will require you to adapt your skills to meet the cognitive and physical needs of each individual patient you encounter.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Be adaptable and willing to see patients with a variety of diagnoses, including pediatric cases.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with staff on patient care strategies.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Occupational Therapy license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred.
• Must be flexible and able to serve patients with various needs and backgrounds.
• Willingness to assist in different areas as needed, including pediatric patients.
