CNC Operator/Bending

Position: CNC Operator / Machinist Shift: 2nd, Hours: 3:30 pm to midnight. Type: Full‑Time. Mode: Direct Placement. Pay Range: $21–28. Industry: Manufacturing. Our client is looking for a responsible CNC Operator / Bending (2nd) with a minimum of 2–3 years CNC machining experience and a high school graduate or equivalent. Principle Duties Set up and operate bending, laser cutting, and punching machines. Assist in debugging operating or programming problems to maintain high laser cut quality parts. Participate in daily shop floor management meetings and be an active member of SYNCHRO Plus activities (SFM, TK, IK). Maintain equipment and supplies. Maintain quality and safety standards. Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, and machining parameters; interpreting GD&T. Verify settings by measuring positions, first‑run parts, and sample workpieces; adhere to international standards. Adhere to safety procedures and regulations. Complete preventive maintenance; troubleshoot malfunctions; call for repairs. Document continuity among work shifts by completing production and quality logs. Communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
