As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Agent in Waco, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer patrolling a dynamic food and beverage location, helping to monitor assigned areas, support a welcoming environment, and respond to security-related concerns. In this visible role, you will conduct routine patrols, provide strong customer service and communication, and contribute to a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity while putting people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and document visitor, vehicle, and/or delivery activity in accordance with location guidelines.
• Support a clean and orderly environment by reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
