PRN Hospice CNA – Sherman, TX

Southern Grace Hospice is seeking a compassionate PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional end-of-life care to patients in the Sherman area. This role is perfect for someone who values flexibility while making a meaningful impact in patients’ lives and supporting their families during critical moments.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, mobility assistance)
• Support patients with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and comfort
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team
• Assist with light housekeeping related to patient care
• Offer emotional support to patients and families

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Texas CNA certification
• Hospice or home health experience preferred (but not required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Dallas area
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered mindset
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying schedules
