Local Agency: BrightStar Care Location: Knoxville, TN Position Type: Part Time - hourly Req ID: 2756002 BrightStar Care is looking for an experienced, mature individual who is self‑motivated and able to work with a team and independently. The position will involve working as a Home Health Aide and as a Customer Service Representative in the office. Primary duties will be in the office with occasional field work. Hours: To Be Determined. This role requires learning and understanding the company’s digital software and assisting with daily operations. The position offers opportunities for growth within the company. Key Roles Computer efficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Learn and master BrightStar’s software system. Excellent communication skills. Problem‑solving abilities. Recruit, interview, and hire staff for programs. Schedule medical staff for Home Care visits. Complete general clerical duties promptly. Mandatory Requirements Valid driver’s license. Current auto insurance. Must live within a 15‑minute commute to 15th & Pape Mill Drive, Knoxville 37919. High School diploma or equivalent (GED). Minimum 1 year home care experience (office or field). Ability to work independently and within a team. Good organizational skills. Good speaking skills. Computer and smartphone skills.
