At least one year of experience working with children in a therapeutic setting is also required.Knowledge and Expertise: The candidate should have a solid understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices, as well as a familiarity with a variety of diagnoses. They should be knowledgeable about evidence-based treatment practices, particularly those beneficial for children with Sensory Processing Disorders (SPD).
