Director of First Impressions Job Announcement
Are you polished, detail oriented, flexible, exceedingly well organized, technologically oriented and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting others in a fast paced environment? Do you love being a team player and working with an incredible group of people striving to achieve exciting goals? If so, then we may have an opportunity for you.
Our Real Estate office is looking for a special person who wants to support our agents, leadership, and clients as our Director of First Impressions. To excel in this front-desk position, you must have excellent computer and verbal communication skills, the ability to demonstrate initiative, and follow-through on projects. This is a supportive role for someone self-described as task oriented, dependable and who understands the importance of time management and relationship building.
Regular work activities:
- Answer phones & greet clients
- Maintain appearance of reception and common areas
- Monitor office email and sending emails to associates/office staff
- Coordinate schedule and create monthly calendars for office classes and events
- Produce office flyers, posters, etc.
- Maintain various databases
- Manage operating condition of office equipment
- Order office supplies
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Assist management team with ad hoc assignments/reports and other general support
Job Requirements:
- High school graduate
- Phone skills and experience
- People skills and experience
- Positive, friendly, & energetic attitude
- Team player
- Computer skills - MS Excel, MS Word, MS Publisher, and general computer troubleshooting
- Real estate industry experience a plus!
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits.
Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
