Recruitment And Talent Acquisition Specialist

Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, campus channels, and job boards daily. Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles across IT, Solutions, Delivery, and Recruiting/Sales functions, ensuring high-quality and timely hires. Build, execute, and continuously improve scalable campus recruiting strategies aligned to business growth. Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and align on talent strategy. Act as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and leadership, advising on role scoping, candidate profiles, interview process design, and offer strategy. Act as a strategic hiring partner by conducting weekly syncs to track progress against hiring goals. Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, and interview processes to drive efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance overall hiring quality. Champion a world-class candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a high-touch, professional interaction at every stage of the process. Provide market insights, talent trends, and data-driven recommendations to support hiring decisions. Partner with internal teams to create and refine recruitment collateral, interview guides, and candidate communications that reinforce our brand and values. Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, campus ROI, etc.). Ensure a seamless candidate experience, including interview preparation, feedback management, and onboarding coordination. Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen early talent engagement and awareness in key campuses.
