Role Description The Assistant role at Fluid Computer LLC is a full-time hybrid position based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some work from home. The Assistant will support daily studio operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and handling correspondence across internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities include organizing project documentation, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with logistics for design and technology initiatives. The role also involves managing office supplies and resources, supporting event planning, and helping maintain clear communication channels. The Assistant will collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely execution of tasks. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort learning new digital tools. Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners. Attention to detail in managing documentation, scheduling, and administrative processes. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with reliability in on-site and remote settings. Experience in an administrative, operations, or assistant role in a creative, technology, or design-focused environment is a plus. Interest in design, technology, and AI-driven creative systems, with a willingness to learn about the studio’s work and processes. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
