Steam Clean Pros is hiring a part-time Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to work from our Bradenton office. This person will help customers book cleaning services and keep our technicians supported and on schedule throughout the day.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 2–6 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., approximately 28 hours per week.

You’ll answer customer calls, texts, and emails; provide quotes using our pricing guidelines; book and confirm appointments in Housecall Pro; dispatch and support technicians on the road; handle schedule changes and day-to-day issues; and follow up with customers.

We’re looking for a strong problem solver who can multitask, communicate clearly, and stay calm and organized when several things need attention at once. Experience dispatching field technicians or scheduling home-service jobs is preferred. Housecall Pro experience is a plus.
