This is more than a traditional project management role — it's an opportunity to take ownership of impactful infrastructure projects, expand client relationships, mentor emerging engineers, and continue building your leadership career within a growing national practice.Our Water/Wastewater practice delivers a wide range of meaningful projects, including:Raw water supply systems, wells, and surface water intakesWater treatment, pumping, storage, and distribution systemsWastewater treatment facilities and collection systemsPump/lift stations and process/mechanical piping systemsRehabilitation and assessment projects that improve aging infrastructureIn this role, you'll lead projects from concept through construction while gaining visibility across multidisciplinary teams and contributing to the continued growth of our Midwest operations. We're looking for someone who wants to play a larger role in client strategy, project delivery, and long-term practice development.What You'll Do:Lead projects on schedule and within budget from kickoff through deliveryManage project teams, mentor junior staff, and support professional developmentServe as a technical resource and trusted client partnerSupport proposal development, interviews, and strategic growth initiativesOversee construction administration and coordinate with contractors and field staffEnsure high-quality project delivery through strong QA/QC practicesWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's preferred)10+ years of water/wastewater engineering experienceStrong project management and client relationship skillsExperience leading wastewater design and construction projectsCurrent Professional Engineer (P.E.) license requiredThis role offers the chance to grow your influence, take on greater leadership responsibilities, and help shape the future direction of a rapidly expanding practice.Compensation Range: $ 126,320.00 - 206,800.00The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Minnesota Omnibus Labor and Industry Policy Bill Article 7 Section 2. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location.
